Return will not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description before ordering.

2) Exchange accepted if customer wants to exchange the dress with different dress of similar or higher value. (We do not give free shipping for exchanged dress, however, original product is sent by customer at their own expense and if customer pays shipping charges for exchanges then only in that case we can arrange reverse pickup for customer and per piece 80 Rupees shipping charges customer have to pay..) 

3) Return  will not accepted if customer does not like the Color of the dress. We try our best to ensure exact colors as shown, However 5-10% variations is unavoidable due to light effect.

4) Return  will not accepted if customer is not satisfied as we commit to deliver  what we have displayed and for the prices we have charged is the best possible.

5) Return  will not accepted if the product is washed and worn.

6)Any small issues like tussels pulled, as that might happen during transit of the product  customer can easily fix the issue.

7) One time exchange is only accepted.        

Returns are accepted ONLY IF THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT, then the person should inform us within 2 days of delivery, & The item should be dispatched back to us within 4 days after delivery and only after receiving the garment you will receive an email . Then we will dispatch the another material.
Every Suit Material at Bagru Store goes through 3-4 process stringent quality check. Any mischievous act of damaging the product itself by the customer will result into forfeiting your claim of both exchange & return.

If a product is wrongly delivered to you, We will arrange reverse pickup and send you the correct product. 6-10% Color difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or Whatsapp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied  within 5-6 banking days. We request customers to share their bank details.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, please do a check with your bank or credit card provider regarding the status.
